Knurled Ladder Rungs

Alexanders knurled ladder rungs increase safety and provide sure footing–all while offering a comfortable grip. The aggressive pattern provides exceptional traction, ideal for industrial ladder rung environments.

There are various size and material options. Choose from steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Diameters range from 5/8” to 1-1/2” with lengths up to 24″.

Alexanders knurled ladder rungs are used across a wide range of applications and often have interesting destinations. One New York customer that maintains underwater tunnels servicing Manhattan with natural gas, steam, fuel oil, fiber optics and communications, ordered a large number of custom 304ss ladder rungs. A local welding company installed them into ladder sections in a 200-foot vertical shaft descending to a tunnel beneath the East River. The customer later shared: “The ladder rungs worked out perfectly, just as expected—the quality was excellent.”
