Fabrication and Design Services

Alexander’s Welding & Machine, Inc. fabricates custom machines, fixtures, equipment, and conveyors that increase production and solve mechanical problems.  Our services include troubleshooting to improve performance in manufacturing, designing and creating prototypes, fabricating replacement components, and on-site installations.  We design products in CAD programs, or we fabricate items from a client’s existing CAD files or drawings. 

Many clients come to us with nothing more than ideas and a hand-sketch, or in some cases an equipment or machinery problem they have identified but cannot remedy. Our designer, with nearly two decades of hands-on fabrication and machining experience, meets with the client, determines possible problem areas, and considers alternative approaches. The fabrication process begins once the client approves the final design.

Alexander's fabricators use a variety of steels, aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic to custom produce items such as paper-industry equipment, marine products, lumber equipment, and medical carts, just to name a few.  Our machining and design section expertly produces the various machined components required for the successful completion of many of our fabrication projects.

Whether working from client drawings or our own CAD designs, our fabricators provide quality work that meets and exceeds project goals and client expectations.
